Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-30 ยท Lachlan Brown Group

These terms are between Lachlan Brown Group (company number [Company number], registered at 5 Russel Court, KA3 7QQ, Kilmarnock, UK) ("we", "us") and the business that signs up for DOJO-Touch (the "Venue", "you").

1. The service

DOJO-Touch (the "Service") passes card payment requests from your Touch Desk system to your Dojo card terminals and reports the result back to Touch Desk. It also gives you reports of those payments.

We are not a payment provider. Card payments are processed by Dojo under your own agreement with Dojo, and funds never pass through us. Touch Desk is provided by A.K.Microsystems under your agreement with them. We are not responsible for either of those services.

2. Your account

3. Fees and payment

4. When the Service is unavailable

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee it. If the Service, Dojo, Touch Desk or your internet connection is unavailable, or your subscription has ended, Touch Desk will show that the card payment could not be sent. You must then take the payment another way, for example by keying it into the terminal. You must have a process for this.

5. Checking your payments

You remain responsible for reconciling your takings. Check the Service's reports, any "needs attention" items, your Touch Desk reports and your Dojo statements, and resolve any differences promptly. Refunds and disputes are handled through Dojo.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service: no attempts to break its security, interfere with other venues, or reverse engineer it, and no use for unlawful purposes.

7. Data

We process personal data on your behalf as your processor, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. Our own use of account data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

9. Ending the agreement

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.

11. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact us at 2hello@sccpro.co.uk".
